Some Facebook Updates

Ever wondered how our property management company works for you? Follow our Facebook updates and you’ll see for yourself how much hard work we put into serving our owners – and tenants, too!
Here are a few of this week’s posts:

  • Just received a beautiful thank you gift from one of our overseas owners. He was grateful for us rectifying some building deficiencies in his suites.
  • Getting ready to start sending out the 2012 NR6 packages in the next few weeks to our Non-Resident owners. One of the many services we offer at DTS.
  • Busy working away, -following up with tenants to see if repairs were done. Always on top of keeping the suites properly maintained for our owners.
  • At Downtown Suites we’re big fans of cycling, and include a Vancouver Cycle map on all our suite listings.
  • Follow up inspection today in a suite that was flooded by common area piping last week…working with the strata to have everything repaired as soon as possible.
  • Having the floors re tiled in one of our suites we manage. Always on top of keeping the suites looking their best!
