This is near both Granville Island and along South Granville, which is a centre in the city for culture, fine shopping and gourmet dining, with its charming streets, well-established art galleries, cafes and designer specialty shops.

We specialize in such urban locations, and find that the amenities in suites in buildings such as the Verona, are in demand by savvy Vancouver high-end renters.
