- Downtown and close surrounding areas: Competitive pricing creates activity/ renting in this soft market. Example: 2 of our 2 bedroom suites in Downtown lowered from $2200-$2000-both are application pending now.
- 1 bedroom suites and studio suites still renting quicker than 2 bedroom suites.
- Suites are being absorbed, taking 1 month or longer for most to rent.
- A one bedroom suite approx… 585 sq.ft with parking in downtown high-rise is approx. $2.40 – $2.60 per sq.ft
- A two bedroom two bath suite averaging $2.20 to $2.40 per sq. ft- slightly lower than last month.
