The suite you found, negotiated and rented me was in an absolute shambles, however, you walked me through how things would look once these issues were taken care of. In this regard you also excelled. The paint colour you chose, the handymen you brought in to repair and clean the suite were excellent. Thanks again for helping me. I know I am very fussy and fastidious and not always easy to deal with. I look forward to working with you in the future to find my “permanent” home.

I just wanted to say thank you for yesterday. Your handyman was great, he came by while I was at work and then checked back with me once I was home. He even came by again to make sure it was fixed properly. Turns out it was a hose in the back of the tank that broke loose, it’s fine now. So thank you and thanks to your handyman!
